Events

SCLC hosts five annual people's platforms, including the Precarious Workers Platform, Land Access and Land Use Platform, a Rural Women's Platform, a Producers' Platform, and an Environmental Justice Platform. The Platforms are an integral part of SCLC's work and serve as a valuable space for connecting struggles, celebrating achievements and planning strategies for collective action.

It is a space to share experiences and to reflect on the current context and issues, progress being made towards addressing the issues and further efforts required. SCLC regards these platforms as essential to informing its work in and with communities.
